糖尿病患者预防肌少症的营养处方

合理膳食:

老年人不主张体重过轻, 因为体重减轻是老年人肌少症的常见表现,有部分老年人因为害怕血脂“稠”有意减少肉类、鱼类、鸡蛋、烹饪油等重要营养物质摄入,导致出现低蛋白血症、贫血等一系列的营养问题,建议在血糖合理控制的情况下,少食多餐,足量饮水,改善进餐环境,鼓励陪伴进食,要保证每日的蛋白质摄入量控制在每天1~1.5g/kg,保证体重维持在一个理想的范围(肝肾功能不好的老年朋友要注意过量蛋白质会加重肾脏负担,需要有专业医生指导下合理摄入蛋白质)。

户外运动:

保持适当的有氧和抗阻运动,因人而异,一般推荐每天进行累计30分钟左右的微出汗强度的运动,如:快走、慢跑;每周3次,20分钟以上的抗阻运动,如:举哑铃、坐位抬腿等,有助于延缓老年肌肉衰减,对维持老年人活动能力和健康状况极为重要;

治疗基础疾病:

控制血糖、血压、血脂等代谢指标达标,治疗心肺、骨质疏松、关节疾病,纠正营养不良,合理用药;
